When guests arrive, they  are greeted by the owners. When they depart, the owner collects the keys. If they ever need anything, they just have to call.  There is a person who looks after the garden and cleans the pool once a week, always first thing in the morning to avoid disturbing guests. If the length of stay is two weeks, cleaning with a change of linen and towels is included.

If the guests need an extra cleaning service, owners can provide them with the contact of the person in charge.
